We’re a locally owned excavating and septic company that works hard and takes care of our people. This is a paid, year-round position (including winter)—in the warmer months, we handle septic service and excavating projects, and when winter hits, we stay busy with snow plowing.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating septic pump trucks and related equipment
- Pumping and servicing residential and commercial septic systems
- Driving to job sites safely and efficiently
- Interacting with customers in a professional, down-to-earth way
- Assisting with excavating work when needed
- Snow plowing and winter operations during the off-season
- Performing basic equipment checks and upkeep
What We’re Looking For
- CDL (Class A or B) strongly preferred
- Clean driving record is required
- Reliable and ready to work
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Able and willing to perform physical/manual labor as part of the job
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Willing to learn and help wherever needed
- Good attitude—team-first mindset
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, year-round salaried position
- $54,000 – $64,000 per year (based on experience and CDL status)
- Seasonal variety (busier summers, snow events in winter)
- Opportunity for additional hours during peak seasons
