Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Septic System Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on position involving outdoor work in all seasons, assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of septic systems. During winter months, this role will transition to snowplowing and related duties—ensuring consistent, full-time employment year-round with no layoffs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of septic tanks, drainfields, and piping systems
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on septic systems
- Work alongside operators during excavation and installation
- Safely work around heavy equipment
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
- Perform snowplowing and winter maintenance duties as needed
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions year-round
- Comfortable working near heavy equipment
- Clean driving record (required)
- CDL is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and obtain industry-specific state licensing
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in construction, excavation, or septic systems is a plus, but not required
Requirements
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing
Compensation & Benefits
